The early line from California is that Floyd Landis’ team won’t begin presenting their case until after USADA makes their opening statements and presents their main case. That means for the next two or three days, we’ll get to hear USADA’s side of the story.
TBV reports that there may be a “motion to dismiss” by the Landis camp and if that motion fails, expect Team Landis to begin their opening statements and presentation on Wednesday afternoon or Thursday morning.
Michael Henson, spokesman for Floyd Landis, sent out a press release about an hour ago detailing information for the live video feed from the hearings. However, the links to the video feed aren’t appearing (at least when I go searching for them), so it may be a bit before streaming video is available.
